API status

API availability checks. These methods do not require an API key.

Method	Purpose
`GET /status`	Public API status and version.
`GET /health`	Summary health diagnostics.
`GET /health/live`	Whether the API itself is running. Dependencies are not checked.
`GET /health/ready`	Whether the API is ready to serve requests. Returns `503` if a dependency is down.
